🎯 The Role: Spearhead Our German Market Re-launch

INTERX is seeking an entrepreneurial and highly-driven Country Manager to spearhead the re-launch and strategic growth of our German subsidiary.

Based in Frankfurt, you will have the full autonomy to rebuild our presence. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving direct enterprise sales of our cutting-edge manufacturing AI solutions, assembling a new high-performing local team, and establishing a robust partner ecosystem in the DACH region.

✨ Your Responsibilities: What You'll Do

As the leader of our German business, you will:

  • Own the Re-launch Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the German subsidiary based on deep market analysis.
  • Drive Direct Sales & Build Partnerships: Proactively hunt and close new enterprise accounts. Simultaneously, identify, recruit, and manage a high-value local partner network (SIs, resellers, etc.).
  • Build the Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a new, high-performing local team (sales, engineering, operations) from the ground up.
  • Manage Key Relationships: Establish and nurture C-level relationships with major clients and partners, creating new business opportunities.
  • Oversee Operations & P&L: Take full responsibility for budget management, P&L, and efficient subsidiary operations.
  • Be the Bridge to HQ: Serve as the primary communication link to our headquarters in Korea, providing clear reporting on business status and collaborating closely with global teams.


🎓 Who You Are: Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a seasoned leader with the following qualifications:

[Required Qualifications]

  • Experience: 12+ years of combined B2B enterprise sales experience in both the IT (AI/Software/SaaS) sector and the Manufacturing sector (OT, factory automation, production).
  • Language:
  • German: Native-level proficiency (C2 or equivalent). This is non-negotiable.
  • English: Full professional fluency (C1 or equivalent) for seamless communication with HQ and global teams.
  • Mindset: An entrepreneurial 'builder' mindset. You are proactive, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, possessing the drive to build a business from scratch.
  • Network: A strong, existing network within the German manufacturing and IT/SI partner landscape.
  • Leadership: Proven experience recruiting and managing high-performing sales or business teams.

  • Experience working at an IT company within a major manufacturing group, or in the manufacturing IT department of a large enterprise.
  • Experience in a 'Country Manager' or 'Head of Sales' role for an international tech company entering the German market.
