✨ 職務内容：あなたが担当すること ✨
日本カントリーマネージャーとして、InterXの日本事業の成功的な立ち上げと成長において極めて重要な役割を担っていただきます。主な職務内容は以下の通りです：
現地事業戦略の策定と実行： 詳細な市場分析に基づき、日本法人の全体的な事業戦略を策定し、実行します。
Go-To-Market戦略の設計： 日本市場の独自性に合わせた効果的なGo-To-Market戦略を立案します。
ソリューションの現地化と製品企画： 当社の製造AIソリューションの現地化を主導し、日本の市場ニーズに合わせた製品・サービスを企画します。
JVパートナーの特定と選定の推進： 最適な現地JVパートナーを積極的に特定し、選定するプロセスを主導します。また、必要に応じて、子会社の基盤となるチームを構築するための現地採用イニシアチブを主導します。JVパートナーを特定し、合意を正式化し、来年1月までの子会社設立を目指します。最初の現地採用者は、主に市場調査、パートナーリストの作成、PoC（概念実証）の準備、JVの設立など、パートナー活動に重点を置きます。
主要な顧客およびパートナー関係の構築と育成： 日本の主要顧客（大手企業、SI、パートナー）との強固な関係を構築し、継続的に新たなビジネス機会を創出します。
予算管理と運営： 予算管理を監督し、効率的な子会社運営を確保し、チームビルディングにおいて強力なリーダーシップを発揮します。
本社（韓国）との円滑なコミュニケーション： 韓国本社との明確かつ効果的なコミュニケーションを維持し、日本事業の状況を定期的に報告し、強力な協業を確保します。

日本カントリーマネージャーの役割には、以下の経験と能力を持つ候補者を求めています：

業界専門知識（尚可）： 大手製造グループ内のIT企業または製造業のIT部門での経験がある候補者は、関連業界への深い理解を示すものとして高く評価します。
